Delete your data

Ask us to remove your conversation history and contact details, or check a deletion request you already made.

What gets deleted

Your conversation history with us on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, and your name and phone number as recorded from that conversation. If you have placed orders with us, the order and its invoice are kept as a business record, but your contact details on it are replaced with a reference number.

How to ask

From Facebook: go to Settings → Apps and Websites, find So Mochi, and choose Remove. Facebook sends us a deletion request automatically and shows you a confirmation code.

Directly: email zaid@so-mochi.com from the number or account you used, or message us on the same channel and say you want your data deleted. We will confirm within seven days.

If you asked through Facebook, you can enter the confirmation code you were shown on this page to see the status of the deletion.
