What is mochi?

ما هو الموتشي؟

Two parts: soft outside, ice cream inside.

A Japanese-style sweet: a soft dough of sweet rice flour wrapped around ice cream. Made by hand in Amman.

What makes ours different

Made by hand in Amman

Not imported. Made in the Japanese style, with carefully chosen ingredients.

Bigger

100 g a piece — a dessert, not a bite.

Five minutes

Keep it in the freezer at −18 °C. Take it out five minutes before serving, so the dough softens. Cut one into four and every hand at the table gets a piece.

Jumbo mochi

100 g each, wrapped one by one. Choose any 4 from the flavours in stock — four of one, or four different ones — and that is your box.
