How ordering, delivery and messaging us work. Nothing here is a surprise if you have read the website.

Ordering

An order placed on the website, by message or by phone is a request. It becomes an order when we call or message you to confirm the flavours, the quantity and the delivery. Nothing is charged on the website itself. An order placed on the website is paid in advance by CliQ bank transfer to the alias shown with your order number; you then send us the payment slip on WhatsApp. It is delivered, or ready to collect, once the payment has arrived.

The price of each product, the minimum order and the delivery fee are stated on the website at the time you order, and the total you are shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Delivery

An order placed on the website before 21:00 is delivered the same day, at a time we arrange with you, and one placed later is delivered the next day. We deliver to the areas listed at checkout, and we confirm the delivery with you when we confirm the order. Mochi ice cream and gelato are delivered frozen and must go into a freezer on arrival; we cannot accept returns of product that has thawed after delivery.

A website order is delivered to Amman or Zarqa for the delivery fee shown at checkout, or collected free of charge at a place and time we agree with you on WhatsApp after payment. We make each home order after it is confirmed and paid, and frozen product cannot be taken back once it has left us — it would thaw on the way. For that reason a home order that has been paid and sent out for delivery cannot be refused at the door, cancelled or returned. If something is wrong with what you received, tell us the same day and we will put it right.

Messaging us

By messaging our Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number you agree that we may reply, including through an automated assistant, and may keep the conversation as described in our privacy policy. You can ask for a person at any time.

Investment enquiries

Information on our website about opening your own So Mochi stand is an invitation to an introductory meeting only. It is not an offer, and no figure, forecast or return is stated or implied.
