How ordering, delivery and messaging us work. Nothing here is a surprise if you have read the website.

Ordering

An order placed on the website, by message or by phone is a request. It becomes an order when we call or message you to confirm the flavours, the quantity and the delivery. Nothing is charged until delivery, and every order is paid in cash on delivery.

Trade prices apply to cafés, restaurants and shops and carry a minimum order. Home delivery carries its own price, minimum and delivery fee. All of these are stated on the website at the time you order.

Delivery

We deliver on set days, which we confirm with you when we confirm the order. Mochi ice cream is delivered frozen and must go into a freezer on arrival; we cannot accept returns of product that has thawed after delivery.

Messaging us

By messaging our Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number you agree that we may reply, including through an automated assistant, and may keep the conversation as described in our privacy policy. You can ask for a person at any time.

Investment enquiries

Information on our website about opening your own So Mochi stand is an invitation to an introductory meeting only. It is not an offer, and no figure, forecast or return is stated or implied.
